SYLEN is for engineers, researchers, and technical leads building computing systems, ML systems, infrastructure, developer platforms, embedded systems, robotics, and adjacent production systems.

Which domains are the priority right now?

The current focus is ML platforms, data and distributed systems, infrastructure, reliability, security, developer tooling, embedded platforms, and robotics.

What is the site for?

The site provides member profiles, technical news, and conference information.

Who is not the target member?

SYLEN is not a general social network, career forum, or general-interest technology site.

What should I expect as a member?

Members can maintain a public profile and receive conference and membership updates.

What information should I add to my profile?

At minimum: role or title, domain, methods or practice areas, relevant standards, tools, and whether you are open to mentoring, consulting, hiring, or collaboration.

Professional and academic membership open. Academic membership is free with a verified .edu email address.
